At a street corner in Dumbo a group of tourists is gathered outside a popular sandwich shop. They are all middle-aged, and are dressed in similar combinations of light puffy jackets and sneakers. Some are wearing large cameras strung around their necks, others wear their backpacks strapped over their chests. All are standing in a semi-circle and all eating what appears to be the same variety of 6” long sandwich.
